The department has established the following goals for its graduate program:

1. Develop students’ research abilities in the application of drama and theater in society.

2. Strengthen academic research skills and discourse competence.

3. Conduct interdisciplinary and cross-cultural research on drama and theater.

4. Undertake research with a glocal (global and local) perspective.

By the end of the program, students will be able to:

1. Apply drama both theoretically and practically in school settings.

2. Implement drama-based initiatives in communities using theoretical and empirical approaches.

3. Critically analyze, research, and evaluate drama and theater.

4. Actively participate in domestic and international seminars, symposiums, and conferences while maintaining a global perspective.
