(銝)Two copies of completed application forms (with a 2-inch bust photo attached to each of the application forms) (鈭)Declaration form, authorization, and records for document submission. (銝)Academic degree diploma
One copy of the applicant’s highest academic degree diploma or the proof of equivalent level and official transcript for all semesters, verified with official stamps by R.O.C. (Taiwan) embassies, consulates, or missions abroad or by other notary institutes authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C (hereinafter, “R.O.C. representative offices abroad”). Diplomas should be mailed to NUTN directly from the issuing institution. (If the original diploma or transcript is not in Chinese or English, a notarized copy of a translation in Chinese or English is necessary).
()One financial statement issued by a bank of the country in which the student resides and sent directly from the bank to the mailing address below. Qualification |
I. Those who have foreign nationality (excluding the citizens of Hong Kong, Macau, or the People's Republic of China), as well as those who have not previously studied in R.O.C. (Taiwan) as an overseas Chinese student when applying are eligible to apply as international students. II. International students refer to individuals whose nationality is not the R.O.C. (Taiwan), individuals who have resided in another country for more than 6 years (Refer to Note 2-3), and individuals who meet the following conditions: 1.Have dual nationality and have never applied for household registration in R.O.C. (Taiwan). 2.Once held R.O.C. (Taiwan) citizenship, but who have renounced it for fewer than 8 years (as of the date school begins). 嚗Possess overseas Compatriot student status or had previously applied to colleges/universities with this status in R.O.C. (Taiwan). Violation of any of the above criteria will result in immediate cancellation of the applicant's admission or the deprivation of the applicant's recognized status as an NUTN registered student. III. International students with high school diplomas are eligible to apply for undergraduate programs at NUTN嚗those with bachelor's degrees are eligible for Master programs嚗and those with Master's degrees are eligible for the Ph.D. program.
